Patty Klug has over 25 years of experience in undergraduate teaching, advising, accessibility/disability services, and academic coaching. She has experience teaching in the liberal arts and in general education programs and facilitating topics addressing high school-to-college transition and retention with the lens of equity, diversity, and inclusion. She also has worked with students one-on-one as an academic coach and advising faculty and around universal accessibility course design. Patty considers herself a strong advocate for student-centered and inclusive higher education support systems and classrooms. She is a proud first-generation student and hopes to improve the College of the Liberal Arts experience for all students, no matter their background.
