Please submit a description (500-words--plus or minus 50) of the seminar to be used in registration. Please see other first-year seminar examples that are available on the FYS semester offerings page.

First-Year Seminar Submission Form

Please be sure that your department has followed the Liberal Arts Curricular Affairs guidelines for adding a department course as well as gain support from your department head prior to submission. David Lingenfelter () is the contact person for course controls.

Teaching assistants are not permitted to be involved in first-year seminars without the associate dean's permission.
