Education Abroad Programs Recommended by the Department:
Since political structures exist in every country, it is possible to study abroad for an academic year, semester, or summer in a wide variety of programs spanning over six continents. Students in International Politics and Political Science are able to choose from locations that meet their own specific interests. If you already have a region in mind, you are encouraged to bring a list of potential programs to discuss with your adviser during your appointment. Students are asked to make an appointment with their adviser:
- Mia Parise, mcp5009@psu.edu
- Kristie Kalvin, klk16@psu.edu
Academic Notes:
It is recommended that students have completed PL SC 014 in preparation for any education abroad experience. We recommend students speak with their assigned adviser to discuss the courses students wish to take and how they would count toward their degree.
