What was the best part of your experience?
The best part of my experience was getting to meet so many people at Penn State that I would not have met otherwise. This includes a diverse group of students, faculty, and staff. The networking opportunity that this program provided me was invaluable and made me feel much more at home in the Penn State community. I also was able to see and learn about just how much philanthropy affects our University.

How did this experience impact you academically?
This experience actually led me to pursue earning a certificate in Fundraising Leadership. This new certificate program allows me to continue to gain knowledge about development beyond my time as an intern and explore more career options throughout the academic year.
How will this experience impact your career goals?
This experience has shaped my career goals by affirming that I want to work in a profession that serves others. I am not sure what that looks like yet, but I am certain that I will find my place.
