What was the best part of your experience?
The best part of my experience was being able to learn so many new things. Being in Italy challenged me in ways I hadn't believed it could. I was able to learn more about the Italian culture, the language, the social norms, politics, history and so much more!
This experience impacted my career goals because it made me realize that whether I decide to apply for a federal government job or go to graduate school, I want Italian to be a part of that.
How did this experience impact you academically?
This experience impacted me academically because it allowed me to realize that learning and continuing with the Italian language is important to me and what I may want to do with my future plans! It also made me realize that I would much rather major in Italian than just minor in it.
How will this experience impact your career goals?
This experience impacted my career goals because it made me realize that whether I decide to apply for a federal government job or go to graduate school, I want Italian to be a part of that. I want to utilize that skill!
