Joe handles a broad range of real estate, zoning, and land use matters on behalf of corporate and individual clients.  These include applications to zoning hearing boards for variances and special exceptions, applications to municipal governing bodies for conditional uses, subdivisions to create new building lots, new land development projects, and transactional work related to the preparation of agreements of sale, deeds and easements, and declarations.

Lauren represents clients through various stages of their family law case including custody, child support, spousal support, equitable distribution, divorce and domestic violence. Her years of experience in family law has led her to speaking engagements, teaching other lawyers.

Amanda R. Reinitz, Esq.

Amanda is a federal criminal prosecutor, with experience in white collar crime, violent crime, and national security matters.  She was promoted in 2017 to her current role, from special assistant. Prior to working for the U.S. Attorney’s Office, she was an assistant regional counsel for the Office of the General Counsel with the Social Security Administration.

David Fite Waters

General Counsel, Building and Land Technology

As general counsel of Building and Land Technology, a real estate private equity firm, David oversees all contracts, zoning and real estate transactions for their residential, commercial and mixed-use projects. He began working for BLT in 2007, after 25 years in private practice.
