All changes will become effective January 1, 2013
Beginning 11/1/12 through 11/16/12, employees are able to enroll or make changes to the following benefit options: Health; Dental; Vision; Flexible Benefits; Accidental Death and Dismemberment (AD&D). During the annual open enrollment period, employees may increase their age graded life insurance amount by one times their annual salary, without providing medical history or evidence of insurability.
2013 will be the second year of the salary indexed payroll premium contribution method. There are no changes to the Medical plan except for two enhancements, as dictated by Health Care Reform (enhanced Women's
Preventive Benefits and Enhanced Prescription Drug Coverage for Contraceptives).
Employees who wish to participate in a Flexible Spending Account for 2013, must log in to ESSIC and elect the flexible spending option and specify the amount of money that they want deducted each pay period from their paycheck.

Click on BENEFITS tab in the upper right
Click on 2013 Open Enrollment and choose your benefits
Click SUBMIT when you are finished making your selection(s)
