Staff Training Survey
The Staff Advisory Committee (SAC) received a recommendation that standardized training groups be set up for staff to both train and mentor one another. With that, a sub-committee of the SAC has been formed to work specifically on making this suggestion a reality.
It seems as though the best way to initiate the creation of standardized training groups is to reach out and seek input directly from staff members within the college. It would be helpful to know the demand for such groups, what types of topics are most sought after, and how frequently trainings should be available.
