About Starfish

Starfish by EAB is a student success system that aims to help students finish what they start. At Penn State, Starfish integrates with our student information system (LionPATH) and is the main system for advising notes, progress surveys, and academic reviews, as well as for students to connect with their personal network of success services.

Starfish is a powerful tool that helps us identify students in need of support in real time, connects students to the resources designed to help them, simplifies communication between members of students’ support networks, eases the burden on students who need to contact support services, and forms the structure for student success.
