The centers listed below are programs that participate in the Penn State University Student Subsidy Program, which means that the price of the day care center will depend on your annual income, age of child and your enrollment status. You must call or meet with the day care center to find out the price of the care because each center is different. Only centers located on campus or located in the State College area are listed. The College of Health and Human Development at Penn State offers the Child Development Lab, located on campus, which is a full day care program for children between 6 weeks and 6 years. The hours are from 7:30am to 5:50 pm, Monday through Fridays with part time availability. The status of the center is full but waiting list is maintained. For more information contact:

Penn State offers the Bennett Family Center, operated by the College of Health and Human Development. Located on campus, it offers care for children and infants between 6 weeks to 9 years and operates from 7:30am to 6pm Monday through Friday. There is full and part time care with enrollment preference given to students. There are couple spots remaining in a 140-center capacity and waiting list is maintained. For more information contact:

The Daybridge Child Development Center, located in Research Park offers care for infants to school age children in Grade 5. There are full, part time and before and after school programs. There is a center capacity of 210, and there are some spaces open but waiting list is maintained by age group. Enrollment priority is available for Penn State faculty, staff and students. The Easter Seals Child Development Center offers inclusive early care and education for children ages 6 weeks through entry to kindergarten. Our program is open M-F, 7:30 – 5:30 and scheduling is flexible ranging from part-time to full-time care. The early education component of our program runs from 9 – 4 and child care is offered before and after school. The classrooms are staffed by certified teachers and we are currently accepting applications. Financial support may be available to those who meet the criteria. Contact:

Þ The Magic Years Child Care and Learning Center offers care for infants from 6 weeks to children of 12 years. Full time care is available from 7am to 6pm Monday through Friday and the center capacity is 103 children, with class sizes varying by age.
