Council Member

William J. Kirby '59 labor management relations is the retired senior vice president of FMC Corporation. He serves on the boards of directors of the Labor Policy Association and the Metropolitan Planning Council, as well as the board of trustees of Roosevelt University. He and his wife, Catherine, are members of the Mount Nittany Society.

The Kirbys fund the William J. and Catherine Craig Kirby Professorship in Language Learning in the College of the Liberal Arts.
